Recipes in making Tiesa Pastillas

Materials:

1/2c tiesa pilp

3/4c milk (evaporated)

1/2c sugar

1/2tsp vanilla (optional)

1/2c water

1 tbsp. glucose


Procedure:

1. Wash teisa fruit.

2. Peel, scrape the pulp and mash.

3. Add in the other ingredients. Mix.

4. Cook over low fire and continue stirring to avoid scorching.

5. Continue in cooking until it will not stick to the frying pan.

6. Knead on a chopping board with a rolling pin.

7. Cut into desired sizes. Then cool and wrap individually in
cellophane sheets.

8. Finally pack in polyethylene bags and seal.


Yield:

250 g (50 pcs of 5g pastillas)
